Hi, I’m Grace! I am currently a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student at the University of North Florida, and I earned my bachelor's degree in Psychology and Criminology from Flagler College. I'm passionate about working with children and adolescents and creating a space where they feel safe, understood, and free to be themselves.

My approach to counseling is primarily grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while also incorporating strength-based and person-centered techniques tailored to each client’s needs. I believe understanding the connection between our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors helps us recognize patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful change. I also have a special interest in utilizing play therapy interventions when working with children and adolescents.

Most importantly, I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is essential to counseling. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves. My goal is to meet each person where they are, help them recognize their strengths, and support them as they work toward greater confidence, understanding, and growth.

Outside of counseling, I like to curl up in bed with my two dogs, Nola and Bruno, with a book. I also love going for walks on the beach, painting, or trying out new recipes.

I am honored to be a part of your counseling journey. I look forward to getting to know you and being a part of your growth and healing!
