I am a wife, mother, dog mom, and a newly graduated mental health professional. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Jacksonville University and a Bachelor’s in Sociology and Criminology from the University of North Florida.
I have four years of experience working in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, including a youth unit at a Baker Act facility and a behavioral testing center for children and adults. I currently work with couples, adults, families, and adolescents facing challenges such as infidelity, family conflict, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions (motherhood and military families).
My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered. I often use Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to provide practical tools and support lasting growth. I’m also certified in the Murray Method, a trauma-informed approach that helps clients explore their past experiences in a safe and empowering way.
I believe that counseling can be transformative for anyone. It is not just for times of crisis, but for anyone seeking clarity, healing, or self-discovery. Each person’s story is still being written, and therapy can be a powerful space to reconnect with your narrative and reshape your path forward.
As we work together, know that I am committed to honoring your pace, your voice, and your goals. This is your journey, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
