I am a wife, mother, dog mom, and a newly graduated mental health professional. I’m a Registered Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern (RCMHCI) with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Jacksonville University and a Bachelor’s in Sociology and Criminology from the University of North Florida.
I have four years of experience working in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, including a youth unit at a Baker Act facility and a behavioral testing center for children and adults. I currently work with couples, adults, teens, and adolescents facing challenges such as infidelity, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered. I often use Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to provide practical tools and support lasting growth. I’m also certified in the Murray Method, a trauma-informed approach that helps clients explore their past experiences in a safe and empowering way.
I believe that counseling can be transformative for anyone. It is not just for times of crisis, but for anyone seeking clarity, healing, or self-discovery. Each person’s story is still being written, and therapy can be a powerful space to reconnect with your narrative and reshape your path forward.
As we work together, know that I am committed to honoring your pace, your voice, and your goals. This is your journey, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
